This is a long petition attached to the will of Samuel Stilwell of Valley Stream, Queens, NY (3 Dec 1887), who was closely related to the Fosters. The long version of the Stilwell petition was transcribed in full by genealogist William A. Eardeley and included as part of his 1924 Combs genealogy.
